Choose how your loved one travels when you book. Every option is arranged in the app, and the return trip can be booked the same way.
Your companion drives
Companions with a verified driver's license and an approved vehicle collect the patient from home and drive them to the hospital.
We arrange the ride
No car on either side? We book a Careem or Uber ride through the app. It collects the patient, and the companion travels with them the whole way.
The patient's own car
Prefer your own car? Your companion travels to the patient's location and drives them to the hospital in the patient's vehicle.
