Delete your account

Step 1 — Close your account in the app

• Open Mrafqk and go to the Profile tab.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account".
• Confirm with your password.

Your account is disabled immediately and can no longer be signed into. This closes access to the account. To have the personal data erased as well, send Mrafqk the request in step 2.

Step 2 — Ask Mrafqk to erase your data

Email privacy@mrafqk.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". Mrafqk verifies that the account is yours and completes the erasure within 30 days. You can send this request whether or not you closed the account first, and you do not need access to the app to send it.

What is erased

Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, saved patient profiles (including age, gender, medical notes, and emergency contacts), your pick-up addresses and any saved location pins, your saved card details, your bank details if you are a companion, your uploaded documents, and your chat messages.

Once the erasure is complete, this data is gone from Mrafqk's systems and cannot be recovered.

What is kept, and why

Some records are kept in a form that is no longer linked to you, because Saudi law requires Mrafqk to keep them:

• Financial and payout records — retained for 10 years under Saudi tax and commercial record-keeping requirements.
• Completed visit reports — retained as part of the care record, with your identifying details removed.
• Ratings and reviews you left — kept, shown as from a deleted user.

These records cannot be traced back to you after deletion.
